Based in a great location in Stockton on Tees, North East, this home provides nursing and residential care to older people with general and dementia care needs. The home has an excellent reputation within the local community but does require a strong and focused RGN Home Manager to continue pushing the home forward.
We are searching for an experienced RGN Home Manager who has a sound understanding of both the clinical and business aspects of managing a nursing home. Excellent leadership and management skills are essential for this role along with the ability to lead a team by example and support them in each individual role.
