I am currently looking for a Training Co-ordinator for a well-known food manufacturer based near Middlesbrough. This is a fixed term contract, which is expected to last 6 months.
You will:
- organise training for the current team, to ensure that they are all fully equipped to deal with customer enquries, understand the vast array of products on offer, and maintain their position as the most highly regarded business in their sector
To be successful you will need:
- to have worked in the food manufacturing industry
- to have performed a role requiring a high amount of co-ordination
- to have preferably organised some form of training in your current business
- to preferably understand how a food manufacturing business works, from a production perspective
This is very much a role with a difference and it is not common that this type of position comes up!
